I love hummus but never made any from scratch and you know what it’s the easiest thing to make. I got this recipe from the Taste website which is always a good go to for anything. I hope you enjoy this recipe too.
- 600grm Chicpeas canned (if you use dried you’ll need to rehydrate)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsps Tahini Paste
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup water
- 100ml Olive Oil plus a drizzle extra to serve
All you do is put everything in a food processor and serve. Too easy.
