Hummus Dip

I love hummus but never made any from scratch and you know what it’s the easiest thing to make. I got this recipe from the Taste website which is always a good go to for anything. I hope you enjoy this recipe too.

  • 600grm Chicpeas canned (if you use dried you’ll need to rehydrate)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsps Tahini Paste
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 100ml Olive Oil plus a drizzle extra to serve

All you do is put everything in a food processor and serve. Too easy.
