Milo Coconut Biscuits

Sunday funday .. well not so much with a grumpy toddler in the house but still Sunday, day off, day of the weekly prep. I’m prepping the lunchboxes ready for school and work tomorrow and decided to bake something I won’t eat cause I’m on a diet … well “Lifestyle change” if you will. (Lost a kilo and 7cms so far, high five shall we) 🙂 So Milo Coconut biscuits it is. The kids ate 2 each and Miss 8 wanted more so that’s a positive sign. Not the healthiest choice in the lunchbox but as long as you chuck some fruit, veg and carb in we’re on the right track and Mondays are hard so why not a treat I say!

  • 100grm butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup SR flour
  • 3 tbsp milo
  • half tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut shredded
  • 3/4 cup caster sugar
    1. First mix sugar, butter and oil together
    2. Add vanilla and egg, mix
    3. Add Coconut and flour, mix
    4. Roll tsp size balls and place on tray that’s lined with baking paper
    5. Bake at 180 deg for 9 minutes
